Delivery

Delivery Information.

We offer an express 1-2 day delivery service for £15.00 at a flat rate. 
All orders will have a tracking number provided which will be emailed to you when we book your courier.
We offer FREE delivery on orders for £250 and above.

 

Failed Delivery 

If you are not available to receive your item the courier will try to redeliver your item again within 2 working days at no extra cost. 
Most courier companies have the option for you to get a redelivery at your convenience via their website using the 'Sorry We Missed You' card they leave.
 

Incorrect Delivery Information

If you provide an incorrect delivery address/contact information and your item gets returned to us by the courier, you (the buyer) are responsible for the costs of redelivery. If you choose not to have the item redelivered we can refund your purchase but will be minus any shipping costs.
Please check your details when ordering. 
We do not offer refunds for custom size canvases. 
 

Damaged Deliveries.

If in a rare case your item arrives damaged please contact us within 14 days of placing your order with photos of any damage and we will arrange for it to be replaced and we will also arrange the collection of the damaged item. If you would prefer a refund we can arrange that once we have received the item back.
Not As Described 
If in a very rare case, your item arrives not as described, we will arrange for it to be replaced. If you would prefer a refund we can process that once we have received the item back.
